How do I use the Productive Life Planner?

We get that everyone has a different way of organising their lives, and this may even change from month to month depending on what’s on in your life. That’s why we’ve created a printable planner so you can curate your own Productive Life Planner just the way you like it. Some ideas include:

  • Set overall goals at the start of the year using the Yearly planners (either to organise your schedule, or to set wellbeing goals).

  • If you prefer a bird’s eye view of your schedule, use the Monthly or Weekly planners.

  • When things get busy consider using the Daily planner to manage a high workload, or even grab the Brain dump sheet to put everything that’s on your mind onto paper.

  • Tackle large projects (e.g. assignments, renovations, planning parties) using the Project planner, and stay focused using the Project tracker.

  • If finances are causing you headaches get organised with the budget planner and weekly expenses tracker.

  • If wellbeing is your focus, you can treat our 30-day self-care challenge as a bit of a wellbeing boot camp to kickstart your self-care campaign, or dive into This mindful moment when things feel overwhelming. Consider setting daily healthy habits and tracking them using the Wellbeing monthly planner.

We also step you through each section and list ideas as to how you can use your Productive Life Planner, and it’s also an ideal companion to Planet Burnout: How to decrease overwhelm and lead a more sustainable life.
