Want to get more out of life? Meet our Productive Life Planner.
Ever feel swamped by busyness and your To Do list? Find that things are falling off your radar and you’re falling behind? Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and burnt out by the struggle of the juggle? It seems like you’re not alone.
In our work with clients we find that one of the biggest challenges is just how to lead a productive life whilst still looking after your health and wellbeing. As our commitments pile up it can be challenging to find that elusive work-life balance. So what’s the solution?
Enter...our Productive Life Planner. It steps you through living a more sustainable year ahead:
A section to help you set intentions for the year with a Wheel of Life exercise: Look at how you spend your time and energy, and whether it aligns with your values and goals. This gives you a chance to reset and refocus for the new year.
Exploring the Tools for a Productive Life, including mindset, wellbeing pillars, and habits and behaviours. Pair these together with SMART goal-setting principles to help you stretch in action but not feel overwhelmed.
Monthly goal sprints + goal setting: The planner is organised into four-weekly goal sprints - translate the intentions that you set for the year into actionable monthly goals, broken down into specific actions to take each week. Setting shorter-term goals helps you to stay accountable.
Weekly schedules: The Productive Life Planner contains weekly schedules spread over 4 pages, iincluding:
A 2-page spread focusing on organising yourself and getting things done (To Do list with priorities, Schedule, Habit tracker, and Weekly reflection)
A 2-page spread on staying on track with looking after your wellbeing. Track your health habits and mood for the week to see what patterns emerge, check in on your mindset and body using our weekly prompts, and round off the week with Gratitude Practice to boost happiness. This section is designed to keep all of these healthy habits on your radar, and to make staying on track easier.
Monthly review: At the end of each monthly goal sprint, pause and review the preceding month - what went well, what did you learn about yourself, and a monthly pause and check in on wellbeing behaviours. We find this monthly review as a helpful way to ‘check your temperature’ when it comes to your wellbeing.
The GREAT NEWS is that the Productive Life Planner is in an undated planner format. The reality is that life happens! Some weeks we’re great with focusing on staying organised, other weeks things fall down - soon, motivation falls down and your dated planner remains in a pile gathering dust. When this happens, you can still return to the Productive Life Planner and start with a fresh week.
All this bundled up into a 300-page planner!
